New Orleans rapper and Jet Life Recordings founder Curren$y dropped his seventh project of 2016 on Monday (June 26) with Stoned On Ocean. Less than a month after the release of his last mixtape, The Legend of Harvard Blue, the king of underground stoner rap returned with a seven-track EP featuring Jet Life rapper Smoke DZA and frequent collaborator Wiz Khalifa. According to Curren$y’s instagram, the tape was recorded in “one smoked out night in Miami”, and was entirely produced by Cool & Dre.
